WELCOME to the preview  for Plumbing101!!  This section contains actual questions from the Plumbing 101 online course.    

Please read these instructions before you proceed:

Note: We are taking this opportunity to load some sound effects while you are reading the directions so you will have quicker response time while you are working.

1.     Each question has three main parts!  
  1. The first part is multiple choice
  2. The second part asks for the Code Regulation Number and sub-part.
  3. Notes, Pictures, Hints, Tips or other useful information.

You will want your code book by your side for the second part which asks for the appropriate regulation and sub-part number.  We do this so that you can learn not only the answers to the questions, but also where the answer is found.  This also gives you a great opportunity to take notes in your code book for future reference!     
After you choose the correct regulation number, any additional notes, pictures, hints, or tips associated with that question will appear.

2.    I Give Up! 

an "I Give Up" button is provided for you in case you cannot locate the answer or are not using a code book. 

 If you use the "I Give Up" option, after we give you the location of the correct answer, we will return you to the same question for review.  When you answer it correctly, you will then advance to the next question.

Please don't give up too quickly!  Time spent looking for an answer is time spent exploring & getting to know the code.  
3.     Pictures and diagrams

Many of the answers have pictures and/or diagrams provided, please be sure to scroll down if necessary to view the entire diagram (or any additional diagrams that may follow).
