Our Mission is to help raise the professionalism and image of our industry.

The best way to increase the pay of Plumbers, and the profit of the Plumbing Contractor is to raise the level of professionalism and public image in our industry.

One of the most effective ways to realize our true potential and self worth is through self education.

Education of ourselves is something that we carry with us always, wherever we go, and whatever we do.

It changes the way we think about ourselves, the way other people think about us, and how they treat us.

Stop and think about a professional that you have a lot of respect for, (someone with a real job, no professional athletes please).  

Do you treat that person with respect?

Do you feel that they are well educated in their area of expertise?  

What are some of the characteristics about that person that you admire?  

Would you still admire that person if instead of making things happen in their lives they just waited for somebody else to help them out?

Would you still admire that person if you felt that their career choice was: 

"Something that anybody could do but nobody wanted to?"

How much less would you be willing to actually pay that person for their services?!!

Our industry's public image is directly related to our image of ourselves.  If we view ourselves as second class, or not good enough to do anything else, then that is how the public will also view us (and pay us).

We believe that there are lots and lots of little things that we can do to get us where we want to go.

Education is the first step!
